I am #BetterBecause of my trainer Dan, who has not only helped me lose 22 lbs, but continues to push me past my limits and leaves me with no room for self-doubt. His commitment to his gym, classes, and students inspires me to show up and give each workout my all. Showing up is half the battle. He shows up, so I show up! Dan is dedicated to creating new challenging workouts to keep us on our toes and he makes it a point that we cannot only train, but fuel our bodies properly as well. I have been following his lead and he has not let me down!
I have always worked out but, never consistently. In January of this year I started a 6 Week Challenge at The Camp Transformational Center, where with the help of Dan and others at The Camp, I lost 22 lbs. From that success, I entered into another challenge immediately to keep up with my consistency. I am so happy and thankful to have made fitness a lifestyle for myself. I now workout 4 to 5 days a week. My happiness meter is off the charts and my confidence is at an all time high. Fitness, along with a healthy lifestyle, can truly change your life! </p>
"Easy Day!" Dan says this after each HIIT class we take. It's true, we can tackle anything life hands us after a tough and challenging workout.
