You’ve got tons of protein in the protein powder and peanut butter, perfect for helping those muscles recover. Pumpkin is good for your heart and full of vitamin C. 1 serving vanilla protein powder
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Simple right? Looking for an extra fall flavor kick? Add a dash of pumpkin spice on top.
