Recipe: Jasmine Pineapple Kiwi Iced Tea

Iced floral jasmine green tea is naturally sweetened with rich honey and infused with fresh pineapple and kiwi for bright, tropical notes. Made with our Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker, this recipe is as simple as brew, chill, infuse and enjoy! Get the recipe below.

Tip: When removing Iced Jasmine Green Tea, to make room for the fresh fruit, we recommend pouring the tea into one of our bottles (we love the Straw Tumbler) to sip on while the fruit infuses in the pitcher overnight. 

Ingredients for 1 quart Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker:

  • 5 heaping teaspoons jasmine green tea
  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 cup cubed kiwi

Ingredients for 2 quart Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker:

  • 8 heaping teaspoon jasmine green tea
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 5 cups pineapple
  • 5 cups kiwi 

Add Tea: 

Add jasmine green tea to the infuser. Twist infuser into lid.

Brew: 

Heat water to 180 degrees, then pour into Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker (filling it halfway). Lower the tea infuser into the water (allowing steam to vent) and brew for 3 minutes. Lift tea infuser from the brewed tea, place into infuser holder, and twist to detach infuser from lid. Stir in honey until dissolved.

Flash Chill: 

Fill entire pitcher with ice, seal lid airtight, and shake for 30 seconds to flash chill.

Add Fresh Flavors: 

Remove some iced green tea (3/4 cup for 1 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker and 1.25 cups for 2 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker - we like to pour the extra into our Straw Tumbler for fresh sips). Add pineapple and kiwi, seal airtight, shake to mix and refrigerate overnight to infuse fresh fruit flavors. Serve and enjoy.

Optional-Make Kiwi Ice Cubes: Place peeled kiwi half in large ice cube tray, cover with water, and freeze overnight.
