Our hiring process typically includes an application review, an initial phone or video interview, and one or more team interviews focused on both skills and cultural fit. Our preference is to perform panel interviews to ensure the process is efficient and respectful of everyone's time. 

As of today, we work 5 days in the office and believe it is the best way to operate as a team. We support flexibility and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all team members. We have also invested in our office space in order to make it a comfortable work environment.
