Returns And Cancellations
Thank you for contacting the Customer Service team. We are sorry the product you ordered didn’t meet your expectations. We are, of course, happy to give you a refund if you are within our 30 day return policy.
Please follow the steps below so that we can quickly process your return.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so any unused bottle or accessory in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact, can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return of an unused item, please contact Customer Service here -https://takeyausa.com/pages/contact-us. Please have your order information available. NOTE: We do not offer exchanges.
The following will NOT be accepted for returns:
- Products that have been used or contain traces of a substance in the container
- Customer damaged items caused by misuse
- Any item without a receipt or order number
Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping labels are not provided, however there are no restocking fees.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your return shipped date for your return to be fully checked in and account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service
We ship orders very quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.
For your information, orders received before 1pm Eastern Time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm Eastern Time or on weekends typically ship the next business day.
To cancel your order, click on the View My Order Link on your order confirmation email and click cancel. Note: If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
