NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, our warehouse is closed and we are not currently accepting returns. Once our warehouse reopens, please contact our customer service team via the link below to arrange a return. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund less return shipping fees. To initiate a return of an unused item, please contact Customer Service here -https://takeyausa.com/pages/contact-us. Please have your order information available. NOTE: We do not offer exchanges. 

CANCELLATION PROCESS

We ship orders very quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.  

For your information, orders received before 3pm Eastern Time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm Eastern Time or on weekends typically ship the next business day. 

To cancel your order, click on the View My Order Link on your order confirmation email and click cancel. Note: If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
