Returns And Cancellations

RETURNS PROCESS

We want you to be happy with your purchase so any unused bottle or accessory in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact, can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. 

To initiate a return of an unused item, please contact Customer Service here -Please have your order information available. NOTE: We do not offer exchanges. 

The following will NOT be accepted for returns:

• Products that have been used or contain traces of a substance in the container.
• Customer damaged items caused by misuse.
• Any item without a receipt or order number.

Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping labels are not provided, however there are no restocking fees.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your return shipped date for your return to be fully checked in and account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ship orders very quickly. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you don't wish to keep your order or you made a mistake, please follow the return process above to get a refund for your order.
