Full Official Rules 

OFFICIAL RULES –Takeya Giveaway 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

Sponsor: Takeya USA, located at [full address]. The Sponsor administers the Giveaway. 

Promotion Period: The Giveaway begins on July 16th 2026 7:00 am PST and ends on July 18th 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”). 

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. 

How to Enter: Scan the QR code on the postcard to visit the entry page. Provide a valid email address and SMS/phone number on the landing page to receive SMS notices from the Sponsor. By entering, you and agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Each person may enter only once. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified. By entering, you consent to being added to the Sponsor’s email and SMS marketing lists. Consent is not required to enter and (you may opt-out at any time) by replying STOP or following the unsubscribe instructions. Messages and data rates may apply. 

Prize(s): One (1) winner will each receive $100 Work In Progress gift card and select Takeya products. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. All taxes and additional costs are the responsibility of the winners. 

Winner Selection: Winner will be randomly selected on or about July 20th, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries. 

Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winner will be notified via email. Winner must respond within 48 hours with confirmation of eligibility and shipping information. Sponsor may require a simple eligibility confirmation. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release Sponsor, affiliates, and related parties from liability. Failure to respond or meet requirements results in disqualification and alternate selection. Prizes ship within approximately 14 days after verification. 

General Conditions: By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway. This promotion is not sponsored by any third-party platform. Winners consent to use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes. 

Limitations of Liability & Privacy: See the Privacy Policy for data handling. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues or lost entries. 

Governing Law: Laws of the State of California. Disputes resolved in California courts. 

Winner List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Takeya USA 270 E. Baker St., Suite 200, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 after July 20, 2026.

Privacy Policy – Takeya Giveaway 

Effective Date: July 16th, 2026 

This Privacy Policy explains how Takeya USA collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the Takeya Prize (the “Giveaway”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. 

  

Information We Collect We may collect one or more the following information from participants: 

  • Contact and Identification Information: Email address and phone number (SMS) provided during entry.  

  • Other: Any additional information voluntarily provided during winner verification. 

We do not require more information than is reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway. 

  

How We Use Your Information 

  • To administer the Giveaway, including eligibility verification, winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment.  

  • We may use your information for marketing purposes unless you separately opt-out. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time. If via SMS or email, you can opt-out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages. 

  • To comply with legal obligations fraud prevention, and internal records.  

  • For internal record-keeping and fraud prevention.  

  • To improve future promotions. 

Sharing Your Information 

  • With service providers who assist in administering the Giveaway (e.g., shipping companies, random selection tools) under confidentiality agreements. 

  • As required by law, court order, or government request. 

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with appropriate protections). 

We do not sell personal information to third parties. 

  

Data Retention 

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to complete the Giveaway, fulfill prizes, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations (typically up to 12 months after the Giveaway ends, or longer if required for tax or legal records). After that, we securely delete or anonymize the data. 

Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to: 

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information. 

  • Object to or restrict certain processing. 

  • Withdraw consent where applicable. 

To exercise these rights, contact us at social@takeyausa.com We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting your information may prevent us from awarding or shipping a prize if you are selected as a winner. 

Security 

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

Children’s Privacy 

The Giveaway is for those 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. 

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
